Delivery Information & Charges

We are currently seeing high demand for home delivery of our products. Whilst we will continue to deliver all of our available range, we are experiencing longer lead times for delivery from our range and from our suppliers.

Standard Delivery

£4.95 or FREE over £100.

Orders received will be shipped within 10 working days.

We deliver Monday - Friday, between 7am and 9pm.

Order before 12pm to be eligible for next day delivery. An additional £3 charge will be applied unless spend is over £100.

Small Parcel Delivery

£3.95 or Free over £50.

Orders received will be shipped within 10 working days.

We deliver Monday - Friday between 7am - 9pm.

Order before 12pm to be eligible for next day delivery. An additional £3 charge will be applied unless spend is over £50.

Big & Bulky Delivery

Starting from £29.95 or Free over £399.

We deliver Monday - Friday between 7am – 9pm.

Same Day Delivery

£9.95 delivery charge.

Orders received by 5pm will be delivered by 10pm the same day.

We deliver Monday - Friday, between 11am and 10pm. Delivery time is dependent on the time your order is placed. Orders placed after 10pm will automatically be delivered the following working day.

Same Day Delivery is available on selected products and within a local catchment area.

Delivery terms & conditions

  • Delivery restrictions may apply, but if you are at all worried whether your chosen products can be delivered or not, do let us know via the Contact Us page and we will find a way to deliver.
  • All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days of when we receive your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or trades persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
